Data Collected

In connection with the provision of the Service, the following data is collected:

  • Telegram identifier: collected upon sign-in via Telegram (first name, last name, Telegram ID, language).
  • Email address: collected upon subscription to a paid plan, via our payment provider Stripe.
  • Payment data: managed entirely by Stripe. It does not pass through our servers and is not stored by the Publisher.
  • Alert criteria: keywords and search filters configured by the User within the Service.
  • Browsing data: collected via Google Tag Manager for statistical analysis purposes (pages visited, session duration, etc.).

Purposes and Legal Bases

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Provision of the Service (legal basis: performance of contract) — account management, sending Telegram alerts, subscription management.
  • Payment processing (legal basis: performance of contract) — invoicing and subscription management via Stripe.
  • Service improvement (legal basis: legitimate interest) — anonymised statistical analysis of usage via Google Tag Manager.
  • Promotional communications (legal basis: legitimate interest) — sending promotional messages directly via Telegram. The User may object at any time.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation) — retention of billing data.

Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared with the following processors, strictly for the purpose of providing the Service:

Transfers to countries outside the European Union are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the following periods:

  • Account data: for the duration of use of the Service, then 3 years after the last activity or account deletion (civil statute of limitations).
  • Billing data: 10 years from the date of the transaction (statutory accounting retention obligation).
  • Browsing data: maximum 13 months (in line with CNIL recommendations for Google Analytics).

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User has the following rights over their personal data:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of the data held about you.
  • Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data (subject to statutory retention obligations).
